ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର: ଆଜି ସକାଳେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣପଶ୍ଚିମ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଓ୍ୱେଲ ମାର୍କଡ୍ ଲଘୁଚାପ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ଭାରତ ଉପକୂଳ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହେବନାହିଁ । ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗର ଉପରେ ଅବପାତରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇ ଭାରତ ମହାସାଗର ନିକଟରେ ଏହା ଘୁରିବୁଲିବ । ପରେ ଲଘୁଚାପ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ଼ରେ ପରିଣତ ହୋଇ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହୋଇ ଆସନ୍ତା ୪୮ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଶ୍ରୀଲଙ୍କା ପଟେ ଗତି କରିବ ।
